30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your StickClip purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at stickcliphockey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions
Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your StickClip for the same item, contact us at stickcliphockey@gmail.com.

For color exchanges (e.g., swapping Black for Red), please process a return and place a new order for your preferred color.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective StickClip, please contact us immediately at stickcliphockey@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at stickcliphockey@gmail.com.
