How long does shipping take?

I aim to ship the order by the next business day via USPS. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days in the US and 7-14 business days to Canada. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

How durable is StickClip?

StickClip is made from quality durable thermoplastic designed to flex and hold rigidly. It can withstand regular use and the wear and tear of hockey life. Careful of high temperatures, it may affect its grip on the sticks.

Will StickClip scratch or damage my sticks?

Depending on your stick manufacturer and type, there might be slight scuff marks on the shaft.

What's the minimum order quantity and case pack?

Our minimum order (MOQ) is 24 units, which equals 2 cases. Each case contains 12 units. You can mix colors within your order to suit your customer preferences.

What's the lead time and how do you fulfill orders?

Minimum orders are 24 units which takes 2 weeks to ship.

Do you offer custom logo printing?

Yes! We can add your store logo or team logo for an additional $1.50 per unit and an upfront design fee of $100. Custom logo orders require a minimum of 48 units and add 2 extra business days to the lead time. Contact us for artwork requirements and setup details.

What's your policy on returns and damaged goods?

We stand behind our products. If you receive damaged merchandise, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send replacements at no charge. Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in original packaging and unsold condition.

What are your payment terms?

First-time orders require prepayment (credit card, check, or ACH). After your first successful order, approved accounts can qualify for Net 30 terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH transfers, and business checks.
